I've been in the construction industry years, and I must tell you that Lance & all the tradesmen that he had working for him did a tremendous job! Their workmanship was above par, neat, & clean, and they also kept the site well-organized. I can say without a doubt this was the best remodeling work that I have seen.

As property manager of a 150+ unit apartment complex, a project to remove & replace every window, replace all gutters, and repaint the exteriors for all 14 buildings- initially sounded like a nightmare! Luckily, we were able to work with LR Contracting Inc. who took this potential nightmare, and turned it into a painless and completely manageable process. By the end of the project, we actually had along with staff stop in the office to complement LR Contracting. When a rare complaint arose from a resident, Lance and Jake worked directly with the resident to resolve the issue immediately. We are grateful for the care LR Contracting showed on our community enhancement project, and are blown away by the results!

I had my roof replaced. The team was professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. The workmanship was top notch. They were timely and very responsive to my question. The communication with Alan the project manager was exceptional. Overall, best contractor experience I’ve ever had.

Very professional and personable. They were fixing all the neighborhood roofs and conducted their business in timely and professional manner. They even offered to help to fix my garage door. They are better than most contractors in service, timely delivery and professional conduct. I would recommend them for any jobs that they'd offer.

...7 months later after working with LR Contracting not only did the insurance pay for new roofs and gutters but also repainted all our units. The work was done perfectly.

After the big hail storms in June 2023, we worked with LR to complete a new roof installation and repaint the entire exterior of our home in Evergreen. The entire team at LR was a pleasure to work with. Adam was my main point of contact and he was professional, knowledgeable, and addressed all questions and concerns I had. This is the most amazing roofing company. I recommend them to anyone. When we had problems with our solar panel experience, the owner personally came out and took care of it. I don't know many companies that offer customer service like that. When I heard someone on the roof drilling, they sent someone out immediately to check it, and again, I heard from the owner himself. We feel very taken care of by this company, and I know I can call them anytime for any problem. Five stars all the way!

They were very responsive and came out the next day. Crissa, Dave and Angel were all very helpful. We would highly recommend using them!

Our construction project manager Mario Aranda was on site the entire time repairs were taking place. He noticed more punch list items then I did, that were immediately resolved.

...After 4 denials of my wood shake roof from Allstate®, I about gave up. Pilot showed up and promised me he would win…I was very skeptical at best. Well he actually won. I’m thrilled with him and his company. His golfing ability is questionable.

LR Contracting helped me fight our insurance company and win! Twice our claim for a new roof due to hail damage was denied. Pilot connected me with a public adjustor and we were able to get our roof replaced for the cost of the deductible.

LR Contracting kept in constant communication with me throughout the claim and adjudication process and during the roof replacement..
