“Last summer in Iowa we had a couple significant storms, especially a HAILSTORM and then a windstorm. in my 19-years of property management, I've never had as many problems with the roofs as we did last year.

If they were successful with the insurance company, then the cost of their efforts would be paid through the insurance, and not through the association. - It was a no brainer.
